From the moment I first met Uju I felt like my prayers for finding a therapist that I could click with were answered. It has been a long and arduous road to find that someone- and the truth is, I had given up. This place was my last hope. And Hope I did find. Uju is more than my therapist- she literally saved my life with her wisdom, assessments, ability to tap into the deeper roots of my traumatic issues and give significance and understanding that allowed Mr to cultivate a new perspective. The tools that she taught me to deal with my day to day negative thinking and depressive symptoms actually were the tools that stopped me from suicide and lifted me into hope and healing. I have a long road to recovery after thirty plus years of trauma, but I ahead of me is such a bright and hopeful ascension into healthy living and manifestation of my dreams for my life now. Depression eradicates dreams. Clarity makes them possible. Never give up. Honestly blessed to have come across Uju she is a life saver.
